  • Two steps up to the front door.

  • Reception hall and guest dining room/lounge are on the level.

  • Seven steps to a landing area, then a further six steps to the first floor. Bannister on left hand side of staircase.

  • Level hallway to both bedrooms.

  • Both guest bedrooms have en-suite showers.
